- BFIS Re-Entry Form (Word Doc) / (Pdf)
- Grades from the semester or year abroad
- One Confidential Teacher Questionnaire (a second one may be requested by the Admissions Team)
The Matriculation and Tuition Fees are payable in these cases. The Capital Fund Fee and Application Fee are, however, waived.
If more than a year has passed since the student’s enrollment at BFIS, the student must reapply, in accordance with our BFIS 3-step admission process.
Each December, the Admissions Office distributes a Returning Student Survey to all BFIS families in order to gather preliminary information regarding space availability across all grade levels for the following school year.
In early spring, once the following year’s school fees and academic calendar have been approved by the Foundation Board, a message is sent out to all active families who intend to re-enroll their children requesting signature of the Re-Enrollment Contract and payment of the Matriculation Fees by March 30th. Both the Re-Enrollment Contract and payment of the Matriculation Fees serves as confirmation of enrollment for the following academic year. If the Re-Enrollment Contract and Matriculation Fees are not received by BFIS by the deadline, the Admissions Office will assume the space(s) is(are) available for waitlisted students.
