This is a trip to the Cardiovascular Research
Center in Barcelona. As part of the "Year of Science" in Catalunya,
this center is hosting an "Open Doors Day" for schools in Barcelona to
visit a state-of-the-art research facility and learn about biomedical
research.
These students will also be attending a conference on "Cardiovascular Research and Health" given by a doctor to the community. A tour of the facility will follow.
