Mission
The Benjamin Franklin International School is an independent college-preparatory school which embodies the values of international education by creating an environment
of broad-mindedness, multilingualism, and respect. We offer a rich, rigorous foundation in the liberal arts and sciences. In the partnership between teachers and students, community is lived through purposeful experiences that connect teaching and learning to the world. At BFIS, we view education as an opportunity for children to learn how to use their minds well and become global citizens, able to build a more just and habitable world.
