The Benjamin Franklin International School has three sections:

The Elementary School Principal, James Duval and the Middle/High School Principal, Daniel McKee oversee the general academic program in their respective division with the assistance of the Curriculum Coordinator, Kili Lay. The two counselors, Monna McDiarmid in the High School, and Kathryn Manu in the Elementary and Middle Schools, in addition to their work as social and academic counselors also coordinate the work of tutors and teach Wellness classes.
