Child Safeguarding

BFIS is committed to the safety of its students by creating a culture of transparency and speaking out against unsafe practices around children. The school culture is one that expresses inappropriate behaviors in relation to children thus preventing opportunities for any individuals to take advantage of young people. Our Child Safeguarding and Protection Handbook and Staff Code of Conduct is currently under review. Once upgraded it will be accessible here. Aligned with the recommendations of the International Task Force on Child Protection, we hold ourselves to a high standard of effective recruiting practices with specific attention to child protection.
