THE BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PRIVATE FUNDACION (hereinafter the School) welcomes you to the School’s Ethics Channel.
The Ethics Channel, or Whistleblower Channel, is an easy way for you to let the School know about irregularities, questions, or incidents involving any member of the School and/or the School itself. These could be criminal offenses, or administrative offenses ranging from serious to very serious. The channel is simple, accessible, and completely confidential.
This Channel guarantees confidentiality, the protection of the complainant’s identity, anonymous reporting, informant protection measures, and the prohibition of reprisals.
You can submit information or complaints through this Channel as long as they are related to the School’s corporate culture, its Code of Ethics, and its procedures.
The Ethics Channel reflects the School’s social commitment and the continuous improvement in its culture of compliance. This is based on its values and ethical principles, especially integrity and the mutual trust it fosters within its social ambit.
The Ethics Channel is not to be used for contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO), nor for school users to make commercial or service complaints, which should be sent via the appropriate channel.
