The BFIS High School History Club received first place in the Pan-European division of the International History Bee and Bowl Tournament this weekend. Congratulations to all the BFIS History Club Members and their coach Michelle Schuller. They have now made it to the European Championship invitational in Switzerland.
The first competition of the BFIS History Club took place last December 2021. In that competition our 12 Varsity and junior Varsity Team came in third position.
The History Club was created at the start of the school year by BFIS students engaged and passionate about history. During the club sessions they prepare historical debates, research papers and they especially train for competitions. The History Club has around 15 members from 11th and 12th grade and they are thinking of opening the club for all MS and HS students.
