Launched in 2022, The Future is Now campaign is a vital component of our work to successfully deliver our new Center for Creativity and Innovation (CCI).
The CCI transforms BFIS’s offering, bringing together Creative Arts, Science, Design, Engineering, and Sports in one inspiring space intentionally designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and future-ready skills.
With the support of our community, we have equipped this space with cutting-edge features such as:
- A high-tech maker studio
- An Olympic-sized gym with spectator seating
- Enhanced arts spaces, including a recording studio
- Outdoor learning areas and terraces
- State-of-the-art classrooms
Your financial support, through The Future is Now, serves a dual purpose – it provides a crucial stream of CCI funding, and it accelerates BFIS’s capacity to plan and deliver future projects across program, people, and facilities.

Preparing Students for a Changing World
A child starting Nursery at BFIS today will graduate in 2041 and enter a world we can hardly imagine. As change accelerates, education must evolve.
That’s why Creativity and Innovation are at the heart of our mission. We’re preparing students to think critically, solve problems, collaborate, and adapt - so they can thrive in any future.
Bringing Sports to the Heart of Campus
BFIS is building a full-size gym and new overground courts - right on campus.
This upgrade goes beyond convenience. It strengthens teamwork, leadership, resilience, and confidence - skills that students carry with them far beyond the game.
The Art of Learning
Our new Performing Arts suite is a vibrant hub designed to ignite student potential. With new music, theater, and visual art classrooms, we're cultivating imagination, hands-on learning, and outside-the-box thinking. This dynamic space will empower students to build confidence, master collaboration, and connect with the human experience, while exploring stagecraft and cutting-edge arts technologies.
Hands-On Creation
Our new labs are designed for exploration, creativity, and innovation.
In these fully equipped spaces, students will design, build, and test ideas - developing real-world skills as makers, engineers, and future entrepreneurs.
Beyond Classroom Walls
Our new outdoor learning spaces are transforming how Middle and High School students play, explore, and learn, creating a vibrant, greener campus with natural elements for study and conversation. These spaces feature a dynamic outdoor theater, a versatile covered area, and a sports court, all designed to spark curiosity, foster well-being, and expand learning beyond the classroom.
